Sturdy weight bench with great stability. Bought this for a home gym, really impressed with the quality of this bench. It is easy to assemble, haven’t tried to store it because we are happy with the use and functionality of it.

I use to do my routines on a small foldable sofa and I was advised by a friend that the uneven and unbalanced surface would end up damaging my back. I can safely say that this is a tremendous upgrade for me. The strong surface and the adjustments makes it so I feel more comfortable and am able to do exercises with proper posture.     • Nice bench, good price, designed for flat bench press
I looked at a bunch of similar benches in the price range, but this one stood out because it has an extra bar that supports the bench when flat, for doing bench presses. The other ones look like they are only designed for inclined usage and would collapse under a heavy flat bench press weight. The only downside is the width of the bench narrows at the shoulders, not providing good support in a flat bench press. May need to update this, as I just got it today and have only used it once. ... show more
