Overall we are happy with this item. It will be a lot of fun for our grandson who is 10. I had read some reviews before ordering and found that most were correct, the biggest issue is the front tire, which is of very poor design. Also for future reference that tire is 5 &1/2 inches in diameter (no one could answer that question when I asked it) I purchased the replacement, as suggested and installed it when we first assembled the cart, the one that comes with it is no good. We own two of these, one for each of my two sons' Swagtron T6 hoverboards. These are great for that particular model, because the cart sits high enough above the hoverboard to provide the necessary clearance. We learned this the hard way after buying a different cart attachment (from another company) that didn't work. These do. The carts work great, were easy to assemble, and the kids love them. But I'm mostly writing a review about the excellent customer service I received when one of the two carts had an issue (a weld was starting to break). I contacted the company @ 201.904.5800 and it turns out it was the cell phone of either the owner or someone that can actually help you (they are in New Jersey). I took a picture of the broken part, and within minutes he shipped me a replacement of the broken part, no questions asked, and even took the time to send me a screenshot of the shipping label so I could track the package. It arrived in a couple of days and I was easily able to swap out the broken part for the new one. If you have any concerns about the product or the company standing behind it, don't. They will take care of you, no questions asked. When my next son is old enough for one of these, we will buy a third one with confidence. ... show more

I purchased this for my 5 year old nephew for Christmas and he loves it. It’s winter in Minnesota, so he’s currently sipping around his parent’s unfinished basement. It stops quickly and pivots incredibly well! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the pieces was damaged and my brother in law had to open up one of the rods a bit to get it to fit. Really, if only dock 1/2 a star if it would let me. This is a fantastic find and makes hoverboards so much safer for young children! ... show more

Our grandson has a gyroor hover board -- the cart attachment fit perfectly; he is nine and has the understanding and ability to read the instructions and could have put the cart together if necessary -- but the instructions could be written more clearly with better illustrations; also the kit comes with tools which can do the job but it would have been hard to use them. It was a LOT easier with my help (I'm stronger and can deal more easily with the lock nuts) and my tools as we put the kit together today. The instructions DON'T illustrate the use of the velcro straps which actually attach the kit to the board; I'm pretty sure I did it correctly. It took about 45 min but that was because of ensuring that we did it at his pace and he learned from the process; plus I had to go find the right metric ratchet wrenches as they became needed. The media could not be loaded. Well this cart was one of the biggest disappointments I've experienced in awhile. From the time I opened the box all the way to the point where I gave up, I wanted this to work. It's a Christmas gift for my son, and I'm glad I decided to open it before I gave it as a gift. It was poorly packaged and all pieces were loose in the box with minimal protection. Then I discovered that What I ordered on Amazon pictured in the listing, was not what I received. The first picture I posted is Listing pic, second and third are what was in the box. A different design all together. Following the poor instructions I forged on to mounting the front wheel. It needs additional washers to mount it securely so bolts wont pull thru cheap metal frame. Once front wheel was installed it was very sloppy and had excessive movement which I'm sure would cause vibration and failure after a short time of use - See video. Moving on! I started installing the handles onto the frame and the ends of the frame tubes were dented and had to be straightened to allow the handle tubes to slip in. This was not easy and started taking all the paint of the tubes. Once mounted I noticed both the left and the right shocks were mounted opposite from each other - See pics. One right side up, other upside down. Not a big deal to remove and swap them to the proper orientation but on further inspection of the shock yet another problem. The one shock adjustment collar was cross threaded on the shock body and was stuck - Again see pics. This is where I threw in the towel! End of story --- Do not buy this Hoverboard Cart, it is cheap, and will fail after little use. I researched a bit to try to find a decent one for my sons hoverboard gift but this is not the one. The media could not be loaded. The cart is great and well made. I am 73 years old and loving it. I find the cart is much safer than a hoverboard alone. I only have one car and it came in handy when I took my car in for repairs. Rode my hovercart almost 2 miles up and back. Had a lady in a SUV honk and give me a thumbs up!! ... show more

My 14yr old loves it only thing is make sure you have the seat and feet bar hooked together properly we thought it was and it came apart and she went flying was a little scary it’s just a little ball that goes in hole just make sure it’s in line correctly other wise it’s awesome and fun for all ages I’m 58 and love riding it ... show more

well built great idea. interchangeable with many if not all hoverboards. height adjustment is adequate but could use a little engineering, in reality though once the height is set there is very little reason to change it. I would buy it again.
