These weights look great and are a solid choice for home weights. They can even grow as your strength does. My personal torture of choice is P90X3 and many of the exercises require doing aerobics with some sort of weight. The weight doesn't need to be heavy but does need to grow as you progress and these were nice starting weights for just that sort of activity. I love that they have the American Flag as well.
