I live how easy these are to adjust the different weights. My 6 year old helps me do it. I love the light blue color and they are easy to clean and keep the great look. I got these to hold while I was walking on my treadmill, and they work well for that. I wanted something that I could easily adjust the weight with so that I didn't have to have a bunch of singular weights sitting around in the way. This is super easy to add to and remove from. Sure, it's a little more bulky than I would prefer, but I've also got my tiny treadmill shoved in a corner with little free space. Half the time I hit the wall with nothing in my hand, so yeah. I can't lie, I felt like a dumb kid trying to put duplos together at first. But they're actually very easy to change our the weight. Instead of a bunch of weights cluttering up the place you get two dumbbells with lots of different weights. Love these.
