I just used these weights for the first time and I'm very pleased! The additional weight is easy to add/remove and the screw/unscrew design to put them on and off makes it feel secure. They save so much space in my small apartment, which was key for me. Have been using it for my zumba and strength exercises. It's handy to be able to change the actual weight-heavier or lighter. They look so nice too. The only thing I am having problems with is that I can't put them together steady when raising my hands straight over my head as they tend to slide easy when held side by side. This set is easy to use. It's budget friendly for what you're getting. The attachment is easy to put on and take off. The bar is easy to grip and my hand fits comfortably on the bar. I bought the color purple. The color in the picture is a bit darker that the actual color. But even so, it's a pretty shade of purple. I really like that the weights are square and not round. I live on a boat and don't want this rolling around when I'm working out. I bought a different sent from another selling and I had to return them. They were round and they would roll.
