    • Time wasted leading to a shorter workout or none at all.
While the equipment itself is good quality, it isn’t worth the time and energy it takes to readjust the weights. It definitely slows down the momentum for a workout. My husband and I agree that the equipment will end up just sitting, not getting used in the long run. So spending a little more money for a dumbbell set or one that we can easily adjust the weights would be better call for the long run. The dumbbell polls are very long taking a while for the nuts to be screwed on and off. ... show more
