Reinforced Grommets and along the full edge help to keep the entire tarp together. It will pull a full load of wet leaves without tearing. Grommets along edges allow you to clip closed if needed. It is not supposed to be water resistant but we will see how it does in the sun over time.

I like the quality, although I’ve just installed it and not sure how it will hold up in a thunderstorm, you can see and feel that it’s heavy duty and well made. Measurements were accurate. I own a roofing company & we needed coverings for HVAC units to ensure they breathe properly but debris couldn't fall inside. We usually get these from Lowe's, but they were out of stock, so I loaded up on these & sliced them into multiples for all our crews. Very high quality and have worked well. Works great an a 5'x10' trailer. While driving there was little drag unlike the regular tarps. Very easy to install and remove now it's just a matter of durability. So far stayed intact on a long drive.
