This is a nice chair set once you finally get it assembled. It's a bit more of a project than I expected especially with the included poor instructions. Just give yourself a bit more time than you would expect to assemble it.

As others have stated, the instructions are not great, and the sliding part under the seat cannot be assembled correctly. the instructions are just a few photos and are vague. There isnt a way to make it work with what is provided. I was excited to receive this, i have another similar chair i was easily able to assemble that myself, but this one is aggravating! The material also seems to really easily scratch noticably. we are assembing outside on the driveway and it came out of the box with scratches. ... show more

I had read the prior reviews and decided to order this and give it a fair review, based on assembly, function, and appearance. Conclusion: The prior reviews are correct! Who ever manufactured this chair, NEVER assembled it as it cannot be assembled with the given screws and in need of a drill. The assembly instructions have no words, just a general picture of the chair and incorrectly labeled screws, washer and nuts with a line going where they should APPROXIMATELY go into the frame. The front page is a list of parts with a total QUANTITY number and a letter assigned to each type of screw. Each assembly steps picture shows the letter assigned and the QUANTITY of that particular screw - which is always 1. So, you have to see the letter needed and then figure out which M6 screw that letter is referring to! Oh, there are multiple of the same size screws, you have to look at the part and figure if it is a machine screw or a wood screw that they are referring to. WHEW! I had to go to the hardware store and but two M6-50mmx1.00 screw. To replace their instruction of a M6-60 machine screw. Their screw is too long to install. The chair won't assemble with their supplied screw, and that was instruction step 1. You also have to drill a 7/32 hole to widen the hole given in step 1 for the B screws. There are 9 steps overall with pitfalls as you go. Instruction step 6 assigns the screws F and G. Problem is the picture is incorrect. F should go where G is going and visa-versa. Yes it can be assembled, but you have to have working common-sense. If you tighten all the screws it will not fold. I would rather have a solid chair than having it fold. Would I buy this again. Yes. Only because I now have trained knowledge on how to assemble. As for anyone else, no I would not recommend. ... show more

This was difficult to assemble because some of the instructions were either unclear or incorrect. After it was finally assembled it works great. I can sit with or without using the footstool. It slides out or stores under the chair. It is attached and does not separate. There are 2 pins that need to be pulled to close the chair for storage. The media could not be loaded. This review is for the CloudDeep Adirondack Chair priced at $139.99. As other reviewers have stated, the instructions were terrible. But worse, is the missing parts. You can't use a chair if certain parts are missing. Luckily I was able to cut what I needed, drill holes and assemble this. I would have returned it if I could. Do not buy this chair. ... show more
