The finished bench is perfect, looks good, should last a long time, was very well designed and accurately machined. The seat section is heavy, and even with 2 persons assembly requires some strongman handling of the related pieces to align them and screw them together. The instructions are sketchy, almost useless. Eight unusual metric bolts are required and provided plus a wrench, but the instructions state ten bolts are needed. So this generates a call to Amazon customer service for missing parts, right? But later you find that the "missing" two bolts were already in place securing arm rests to the back panel. Customer service did not have a clue, and offered a partial refund so I could buy more bolts. ... show more
