I did my research on this power washer before buying, and this power washer is one of my favorite purchases in a while. I specifically purchased this power washer for washing the cars. I was at the point where I was getting tired of dragging the power washer on wheels from the garage and setting up everything before I started to wash my vehicles. For those of you that know what I'm talking about. Well I got there too. It was time to put together a wall mount unit for the garage. When the package arrived. I was really impressed at how small it was. It only weighs 12lbs, and its the only 2GPM power washer I could find south of like $700. The unit came with a long wand, foam cannon, your typical spray tip sizes in 3.7 orifice and like a 25ft cable. I was not interested in the peripherals, as I had my own products already, but if you didn't have anything it would be a good start. Not sure if that foam cannon is any good, but you can pick up a sweet deal here with the bear force ones. The unit goes no where and is rock solid. Just FYI. Should you go that route. Make sure to have everything lined up before taking the tape of the 3M stuff, because once it touches the shelf. Its set. I had the original version for over 4 years before it finally bit the dust. And at 1800psi and 2gpm, there wasn't many jobs it couldn't handle. Now this new 2.0 version is definitely built much better. I love how small and portable it is and I prefer an electric pressure washer over a gas one any day. It only kicks on when the pressure washer handle trigger is pulled. So it has a pressure regulator. Electric versions are just more reliable IMO with much less maintenance. This is definitely worth the price, especially over some of the higher priced ones that don't really do a much better job anyways. ... show more

This may be expensive for many homeowners and DIY car detailers but it is well worth the money. It’s designed with car washing in mind and has the proper flow rate and pressure to clean your car while not using excessive pressure which could damage your finish. I’m very saified with this unit and would certainly purchase another if needed ... show more

Works awesome has great flow and pressure for car washing and that’s about all it’s good for but works great at what it does. For flushing out the GM carpeted wheel well liners I use a 40 degree tip with a 4.0 orifice for the extra flow and to decrease pressure. I use the 15 degree tip for washing and stay about a foot away. Also has plenty of flow and pressure for a foam cannon. ... show more

    • Unreliable Products and Poor Customer Service – Avoid Active Pressure Washers
This is my second Active pressure washer, and both units failed in less than 15 hours of total run time. My first pressure washer was an Active Caterpillar, which I purchased for around $250. It failed after six months due to a pressure switch issue. I got it replaced under warranty but decided to sell the replacement because I knew the pressure switch would likely fail again. After doing some research, I discovered that Active had supposedly fixed the switch issue with their 2.0 model. Since I don’t use pressure washers frequently—just once a month for car washes, running about 30 minutes per use—I decided to give the Active 2.0 a try. I purchased it in July 2023, and unfortunately, it has now failed as well. I contacted customer service to file a warranty claim, and they informed me that they would send a replacement part for me to repair it myself. While the repair didn’t seem too difficult based on their instructional video, I was shocked that a company would expect customers to fix their product during the warranty period. To make matters worse, my experience with their customer service was very unpleasant. The representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive. When I tried to explain the issues I was experiencing, such as unusual noise, vibration, and low pressure, she didn’t seem interested. Instead, she cut me off and insisted that I only answer her questions, which made the entire interaction frustrating and uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Active pressure washers. There are likely many other brands that are more reliable and offer better customer support. ... show more

    • Works SUPER when you got everything right
Got this to replace a karcher 1700 cube and it was an amazing washer for the price but I decided to go up to 2.0 GPM for more foam and this has done well especially with my foam cannon after replacing the 1.1 mm orifice out with the stock 1.25mm factory orifice that came with my MTM PF22.2 even. You do have to purge it a little longer say a minute or 2 even if you want to use a uberflex hose or it’ll surge like crazy. Also make sure you’re getting at least 60 psi or more to your tap. A considerable upgrade in terms of power from a karcher but man it wasn’t really meant for outdoors in terms of its build like the karcher cube was, I put a old yoga mat down so the concrete doesn’t scratch up the unit and forgot sitting this thing on a steel chair or something. The motor makes this thing kick back and it’ll 100% fall off. No leaks so far and very reliable when I purge it for a minute at least before usage. ... show more
