I recently had umbilical hernia and diastasis recti repair surgery. I was sent home with a binder but felt like I needed something more supportive. This is a great product and offers more solid support. like that it has the extra flaps. The material is soft and comfortable. Very happy with this binder. Easy to use and adjust. I feel like the price is great, not super expensive but not too low that you question the quality. I have bought 3 of these binders all from different companies. This is by far THE BEST! The Velcro doesn’t crackle every time I walk and it stays securely fastened. I love how it retains its shape day after day and doesn’t ride up on my body. I have washed it on a gentle cycle and air dried; it came out like new. I wear it nearly all day everyday because it provides such a great back support too. After having had 3 abdominal surgeries this little support helps to make my stomach look flat again as I work on gaining greater muscle control. I bought this to help support my postpartum belly. After trying it on I noticed it can easily make my upper body look like I’m about to bust like a can of biscuits when wearing a tank top. Otherwise it feels comfortable enough while standing, the compression is breathable, Velcro and fabric are good quality.
