I’ve been using this collapsible dog crate for a little while now, and it’s turned out to be a pretty solid choice. Setting it up was a breeze—it only took a few minutes to get everything in place. The three-door design is a great feature, giving me more flexibility when I’m getting my dog in and out. This is easy to assemble, however with arthritic hands I had a little difficulty getting the structure within the corners. I bought this primarily for the light weight (currently have a metal collapsible crate 18lbs) and this is half that. As soon as I put Rowdy's pad into the crate, he went in and laid down. This is so easy to set up and very high quality for being a portable kennel. My 8 year old son and poodle are able to both fit with room to spare. I also like that both windows unzip and are mesh for great air flow. I wish it would fold down smaller, but it does fold very slim!

I'm not sure if I got a returned item that was sent to me as though new - but mine arrived with all poles/supports wrapped in the middle of the canvas, with wholly inadequate instructions that I could not understand. I went to the company's youtube instructions for installation of this model, but they show the crate as already having the main supports within the crate, and so small steps to have fully ready to go.
