The media could not be loaded. It was easy to set up the paints the roll for the film had a little trouble with the manual so I got in contact with Customer Service and they were great I felt a lot better after their help and i had a little with trouble with the printing part but once again customer support to the rescue and help me again thank you so so so much to Albert, jack, and Daisy, who helped me can’t wait to make custom shirts ❤️❤️ ... show more

I could not get the printer installed initially, but customer service was able to install. The printer is not compatible with my antivirus program. Had to uninstall antivirus in order to install printer. Was not a good idea. My computer kept locking up if I tried to go to any sight. Would not let me proceed stating that I had acquired a virus. It was much easier to set up than I had thought it would be after doing some research. Instructions are pretty clear once you figure out what order to do things. Maybe labeling the folders in the order they need to be done would help a lot. Customer service was very helpful. Time difference could be an issue but it worked out. ... show more

Ordered this printer after seeing the glowing reviews (which I am starting to think are paid or bots) and spent HOURS trying to get it functioning. The setup is all from a USB dongle, went through it 3 times, and nothing, the film would move, the printer would make noise, not print. Ran the tests on the printer, tests work fine. You can't find the company online, its some Chinese company, the address on Amazon is even in Chinese. Its an almost two thousand dollar paperweight. Returning for a refund as this thing simply does not work. As for all the "great support" comments, where? Where is the support because that certainly wasn't my experience. ... show more

I want to give a 5 star rating for this printer I bought that was shipped from China. First, it was fast shipping. It was shipped via UPS and the packages arrived well packed - there were 3 boxes. I encountered problems with the printer in the beginning and I contacted the company. The technician named Jack was able to help install the programs and guided me throughout the process. We communicated via WhatsApp. He was able to remotely get control of the printer from China, load the programs he needed to fix the printer, make necessary adjustments and identify the causes of the problems. It took him several hours though, but he stayed with me all throughout the process including the testing. The printer now is working properly and I am a happy customer. The print quality of the printer is superb, the colors are vibrant and the line are perfect. I highly recommend this printer and this company has excellent customer service. ... show more
