The media could not be loaded. good dtf printer easy to use I have had it for a month and so far I have not had any problems with the ink loading itself into the head cartridges by setting the correct configuration that comes in the instructions video and good quality colors come out as you will see in the photos hopefully last a long time ... show more

Printer works great had an issue with drivers but customer service hopped on TeamViewer and fixed the problem in a couple of minutes
