Most Ink seems to be so expensive, i think this item is well priced for what you get, it works just fine, the printer notes that its not a genuine hp product when i put the cartridge in the printer. But what's on the computer screen comes out on the printed page, isn't that the ultimate goal?

Ink cartridge fit fine and worked without any problem. Quality seems fine especially for the $$. I have only been using it about a week but have not had issues. Cannot witness to its longevity yet.

I bought this ink for my HP printer as a cheap alternative and it ended up destroying my printer. First off the colors never printed properly and then the black ink leaked all on the inside of my printer and not it just keep saying I have a paper jam. There is so much black ink welled up inside the machine that I know have to replace the whole thing just for trying to save a few bucks. I'd give it NEGATIVE stars if I could.     • Clogs the print nozzles
I'm an Etsy seller, and I use my printer most often to print shipping receipts and labels--which have bar codes, and so need crisp, clear printing. I recently printed a large document (300 pages) with color photos, and at least twice had to cancel the printing, because it started skipping. Now that I'm using these replacement inks, I have to run my printer through a cleaning cycle frequently (twice during the printing of that large document), because my shipping labels aren't usable, and my packages won't get to their destinations. It's still more cost effective than buying Canon ink, but I am wasting more paper and ink, in both labels I can't use and in printing out a test sheet after AGAIN cleaning the print heads. Next time I'll look for another ink! ... show more

Had been using HP Instant Ink for a few years and finally got tired of it so I bought these to replace the cartridges from HP. Just had to acknowledge that they aren't HP cartridges and then my printer accepted them. Prints just like the HP ones. Great value.
