I work out a fair bit during the week, so my back muscles tend to stiffen up and become sore, occasionally upsetting my ability to sleep. As a side and stomach sleeper, I've tried a few different kinds of pillows to ease the tension and prevent my arms and shoulders from cutting off blood flow, but had yet to find success. I finally tried this side sleeping pillow and I've been surprised at how flexible and dynamic it's comfort ability is, no matter what position I'm laying in. I like that it features a 100-day night sleep trial, which is quite welcomed in case it didn't work out, but so far, it seems to have helped with my issues. One of my favorite features is the pillow's construction and curvature, which enables me to be able to insert my arms along the wings it has, very unique and effective. The pillow also features a highly breathable memory foam with mesh pillowcases to prevent me from overheating and waking up. I added a bamboo-based pillow case, which also enhancements the temperature control, but I'm sure it's fine on its own, too. ... show more

The angles are well suited to fit under my head when Im sleeping on my back. It also is adjusted well for sleeping on my sides. Does not help when sleeping on my stomache.

    • Took awhile, but now I’m IN LOVE.
When I got this pillow, I needed something that was going to align my back at night. I’m a side sleeper, and I needed a cheaper solution than buying a new mattress. The first night, I gave up on it. I threw it on the floor and went back to my old pillow. I just could not get comfortable! Same with the second and third night. I wasn’t a fan of the pillow cover that it came with, it made me feel like I was sleeping on a bare pillow which icked me out. Fast forward a few weeks, I’m not getting any sleep with my old pillow anymore, and my chiropractor tells me I need to sleep with this new pillow again. Fine. But this time, I put one of my own pillow cases on it. And boom. Magic. That’s seriously all it needed. Most comfortable sleep I’ve ever gotten, and my neck, shoulders, back, and hips feel amazing. If you’re thinking of giving up on this pillow, please try again. Add your own pillow case, a nice smelling pillow mist, whatever floats your boat. You will not regret it!! ... show more

    • Nice curve in the front but hurts neck
This pillow has a nice curve in the front allowing me to get closer to the pillow but instead of giving a hump for neck support and a drop for the head, it creates a lift for both my neck and head. Even the opposite side creates lift and not drop so my head and neck both just are in the upward slant. One night with this pillow and my neck hurt me so bad when I woke up and the pain lasted a couple days or so. This may work well for some but it doesn't work well for my needs. This pillow may work better for head support if you're sitting up to read. It will fit well for lumbar back support but not for sleeping (at least not for me). ... show more

    • Helped my neck pain in just a few days
I love the shape of the pillow and that it has a low size for sleeping on my stomach as well as a higher side for side sleeping (most often I'm a side sleeper) Honestly fixed my neck pain in a matter of a few days. I've been a dog groomer for 9.5 years and have had issues on and off. This is amazing I seen a review about weird sleep positions and how great this was and had to try... I'm just amazed it really worked for the price. I've bought much more expensive pillows of all types this is by far the best. Only con is the arm support/ rest is not very wide at all . The picture makes it look wide but my arm falls off the edge when side sleeping (no im not a huge person) it's just not as big as advertised so if they ever correct this or make it wider I'd be very excited. If I'm on my stomach it's easier to keep arms on. ... show more
