Arrived in 2 boxes when we were expecting 1, but when we reached out to customer service in confusion, they responded quickly and professionally, providing the tracking number of the second box. Arrived SUPER fast, and in great condition. I will say, assembly is NOT for the faint of heart and takes at least 2 people. It requires at least 1 or 2 screw drivers, ideally a drill to make it go by faster. It will definitely test your relationship, lol!! Took us about 5 hours, so clear your afternoon, but it did go much quicker once we got our hands on a drill. Once we got it up, it was super sturdy and a good size. Function is great, I only turned the heater on once by accident for just a second, and it was heating up very fast. Smelled a little funny, but kind of like when you turn your heater on in the house for the winter for the first time. I imagine that would go away after a while of turning it on regularly! I will say, though, the LED strip lights are not accurate in the photo. The “warm” light was like neon yellow/green, and very not cute. We forewent it, because we just didn’t think it looked good, unless you want it to be like a rainbow color. ... show more

Arrived with a few scuffs unnoticeable from far. Other than that it looks perfect. The lights are strip led lights which I probably will not be using.

I haven’t written a single review in years but as I sit here & admire my new fire place I just feel like I need to. I ordered this before any of the other recent October 2024 reviews were posted & so I was skeptical based upon the reviews available at the time. The shipping was fast. No pieces were missing or damaged. It looks beautiful. Lights & fireplace work & look great. I’m just so happy with it. It feels so cozy. The ONLY negative I found is that the strip lights around the inside do flicker when you try to DIM them at all. If they’re on full brightness them seem fine. Other than that I don’t regret spending the money at all. I’m super happy. 🥰 ... show more

The heater/fan/blower shuts off after just 1 to 2 minutes. The unit seems to detect that it is warm about 2 feet in front of it, but the rest of the room is frigid. It says it "heats up to 400 sq. ft." but it doesn't even heat 40 sq. ft.! Highly disappointed.
