Arrived in 2 boxes when we were expecting 1, but when we reached out to customer service in confusion, they responded quickly and professionally, providing the tracking number of the second box. Arrived SUPER fast, and in great condition. I will say, assembly is NOT for the faint of heart and takes at least 2 people. It requires at least 1 or 2 screw drivers, ideally a drill to make it go by faster. It will definitely test your relationship, lol!! Took us about 5 hours, so clear your afternoon, but it did go much quicker once we got our hands on a drill. Once we got it up, it was super sturdy and a good size. Function is great, I only turned the heater on once by accident for just a second, and it was heating up very fast. Smelled a little funny, but kind of like when you turn your heater on in the house for the winter for the first time. I imagine that would go away after a while of turning it on regularly! I will say, though, the LED strip lights are not accurate in the photo. The “warm” light was like neon yellow/green, and very not cute. We forewent it, because we just didn’t think it looked good, unless you want it to be like a rainbow color. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have three different fireplaces this is by far the most difficult one to put together and the LED lights when on solid have a light flicker so we don’t use them. I love the brick and how the fireplace looks! We just put it together today. It generates enough heat that at least 1,000 square feet feels really warm. I’m not using my furnace in Ohio during winter so this definitely warms the space! My house is 2,300 square feet so this one fireplace is covering a lot of living space. Be ready for a book of instructions and a million pieces is the only downfall by comparison to the other fireplaces I’ve assembled it’s a thumbs down. It doesn’t get a full 5 stars for the assembly and the flickering LED but it is overall very pretty. ... show more

I have wanted one of these entertainment stands for a long time and I decided on this one. It’s beautiful! It took my husband (who is very handy) and I about 2 hours to put it together. It came in two different boxes/shipments. The price was perfect (compared to the furniture stores or what it would cost for my husband to build one himself). The only thing I wish I would have looked at was the side shelves are for display and I would’ve really liked doors on them to close/cover. But I will make this work because I love the look of this. Wonderful option for an electric fireplace. It came in many pieces but do not let that stop you, it comes together wonderfully with patience! The heating element was shipped in a separate box with a separate tracking number. The customer support was very helpful on helping me know where my 2nd box was. The remote, timer and heat setting options are awesome! We use it in our living room den and it heats up the space perfectly.
