Arrived in 2 boxes when we were expecting 1, but when we reached out to customer service in confusion, they responded quickly and professionally, providing the tracking number of the second box. Arrived SUPER fast, and in great condition. I will say, assembly is NOT for the faint of heart and takes at least 2 people. It requires at least 1 or 2 screw drivers, ideally a drill to make it go by faster. It will definitely test your relationship, lol!! Took us about 5 hours, so clear your afternoon, but it did go much quicker once we got our hands on a drill. Once we got it up, it was super sturdy and a good size. Function is great, I only turned the heater on once by accident for just a second, and it was heating up very fast. Smelled a little funny, but kind of like when you turn your heater on in the house for the winter for the first time. I imagine that would go away after a while of turning it on regularly! I will say, though, the LED strip lights are not accurate in the photo. The “warm” light was like neon yellow/green, and very not cute. We forewent it, because we just didn’t think it looked good, unless you want it to be like a rainbow color. ... show more

Came in seperate boxes a week apart (heater vs main frame). Lights set it off as does the fireplace. Make sure you use a ceiling fan to spread the heat around the room or the heater will shut off at desired temp. Heats my bedroom up quick. Only 1 damaged corner a little touch up paint fixed. I did over tighten a screw which popped it out of the wood but didn't affect the solid frame, my bad. I don't know what others mean with the directions... it was super easy to follow and put together. ... show more

The heater/fan/blower shuts off after just 1 to 2 minutes. The unit seems to detect that it is warm about 2 feet in front of it, but the rest of the room is frigid. It says it "heats up to 400 sq. ft." but it doesn't even heat 40 sq. ft.! Highly disappointed.

The unit looks very nice; however, there are many pieces and the fittings didn’t always fit/work right and there were a couple chips in the paint that was in very noticeable spots. Assembly took about two hours and I am no novice.
