I purchased this fire pit 11 months ago and it has already rusted, the propane door is broke, and the flames barely come out. I contacted the company and they told me to scrub it with rust off, screw the door back on, and I need to clean all the pipes to help with the flames. I explained I shouldn’t have to do all of that since I spent $2500 on it less than a year ago but they said that’s all they could tell me. Terrible product, terrible customer service, and terrible company!! I will never buy from them again!! ... show more
