    Extremely well packaged and very sturdy furniture. The chair boxes contain a small orange ratchet drive wrench that is very useful. I did not use power tools as everything is 6mm and i did not want to strip out any attachments. Took about 10 hours to build the whole 10 piece set but i had to do it by myself. A second person working with you will greatly speed things up. Every box had an extra bolt or nut so in case you did lose one or strip it you are covered. I would buy again! ... show more

    Packaging was great. Nothing broken in transit but don't think you could ever repackage it for a return. The assembly definitely went smoother with two people and the right tools. I had a long handle hex wrench and used a properly sized socket and wrench for expedience. Make sure when attaching the glider part to the chair you follow the visual in the diagram. We did it wrong and had to take one apart and fix. Heed the warning to not tighten the bolts until everything is assembled as you will need to wiggle/adjust to assemble all bolts. Not sure if it was implicit in the directions but when putting the table together lay the glass inset prior to assembling the legs and they will hold the glass top in place. The chairs are comfortable but sit a little back for our taste. Contacted the seller to see if we could buy additional cushions but no so we will have to shop online and look for matching cushions. All in all satisfied at a fraction of the cost of stores like Fortunoffs and Raymour. ... show more

    I really hate to leave negative reviews. But since this was over $1,000 I felt it necessary. The furniture is okay. I don't think it will last as long as a set I bought at Sam's club 10 years ago that lasted and still looked like new after 10 years. Yes, it cost more but you get what you pay for. I doubt the cushions will hold up for very long. In my opinion, this furniture is a little overpriced for the quality. Not going to take it apart and return it because that would be just a big fat headache. I'm not thrilled, but oh well. That's what you get when you buy things online that you don't get to look at in person. , I'm giving it three stars. Sorry 😔 ... show more

    The set is nice looking, comfortable. After a few days of use 2 ball bearings fell out of the rocker base. The company quickly responded an replaced the entire base. Was a little difficult to put together as the holes aren't lined up perfectly. Takes a bit of muscle for older folks with arthritis.
