5/13/20 update: amazon re-enabled pics. 5/5/20: Pics say it all! (Nevermind, all pictures on reviews are disabled by Amazon at this time) PROS: 1) Looks great just like advertised. 2) installation on my vaulted ceiling was the same as a flat ceiling would be. (There were definitely caveats and lessons learned for the installation in general though! Discussed in my Cons and Notes sections below.) 3) I got the 3 color option (warm, cool, and white) which is perfect! I wish all of my lights had this option. You can cycle through the modes by toggling the light on/off. 4) It casts a nice pattern of rings and uplighting effect on the ceiling too! I bought some colored light filters, and customized the uplighting to have a nice rainbow effect :D Refer to the 4th pic. 5) Packaging was great. It arrived with one cracked crystal, but it comes with a handful of spares. Repair was simple. CONS: 1) The manual directs you to mount the bracket directly to the ceiling using wall anchors (which is unsafe and sloppy), instead of properly screwing the bracket into the existing ceiling receptacle. So instead of doing it the bad way, i provided my own 8/32" screws and washers to install the bracket into the receptacle. The chandelier then screws onto the bracket to finish the job. Note #1: you need two people to install this fixture (one installing the wiring and bracket, while the 2nd person holds up the chandelier for the installer). Note #2: The string lengths of the chandelier are really long, (i'd guess abt 4'). Because i only needed abt 2-3 ft for my ceiling, it was impossible trying to coil up all the extra string lengths in the cover plate while simultaneously trying to screw it flush onto the ceiling bracket. There are 9 strings total, of which 6 contain the led wires for the chandeliers and 3 are just plain support wires. I was able to snip off the extra lengths from the 3 support wires and this enabled me to finally mount the cover plate to the bracket. Our shoulders sure got tired, and remembering this for your install can help u troublshoot and finish the job quicker. ... show more

    • Bulb does not last long.
This chandelier is beautiful. It was easy to install and was a statement piece. The light was installed in a closet and may have been turned on for a maximum of 1 hour per day. After 18 months the bulb unfortunately no longer works and after reading the reviews I see there is no way to replace the bulb. knowing now, how short the life span and the waste associated with these chandeliers I would not purchase another one. ... show more

Be careful not to tangle the wires. it's Not a one person job..... whoever says they did this by themselves.... I think it's absolutely impossible.... The chandelier is so beautiful. The remote control makes it extremely easy to change looks and brightness. I Love it!!! It wasn't very easy to install but it's worth it and requires patience to be perfect. ... show more

I gave it 4 stars because I saw the same item on wish for a cheaper price, but purchased it from Amazon because the delivery was quicker. These are definitely from China, the bracket and annoying styrofoam seem to corroborate my theory. Lights look amazing, install was rather simple, but the bracket provided doesn't seem like it's made for US electric boxes. The screws to mount the bracket to the box and then the screws that come down and hold up the fixture are fighting for the same space. I sort of forced mine up. It does look good and you can customize the look of it by raising or lowering the cords. I did bypass their electrical connection piece. I attached the white wire labeled "N" to the neutral, the white wire labeled "L" to the hot, and the green and yellow to the earth/ground. They have this little piece to insert the wires in which was a mess to deal with. ... show more

Unfortunately we did not received what was pictured. The cover plate where you connect the lights to the ceiling is of very poor quality. The sellers picture shows that the light is screwed to the ceiling using two screws located on the bottom of the cover plate; however the one we received is screwed using four screws on the sides of the cover plate. It makes installation extremely difficult. Worse, the material used is very cheap and flimsy. It will bend when you tight the screws. Brightness is fine. Also, one of the crystals came broken, but they do include spares ones. I would not buy it if I knew about the issue with the cover plate. Do yourself a favor and look for a similar product with a sturdy cover plate. I Added a picture comparing what the picture from the seller and the one we received. ... show more
