Was a great replacement battery for my Dell Latitude 7480 laptop. The fit was great. Installation relatively simple and have had no problems with it for 10 months of use since installed. While I know it will not likely last as long as an OEM Dell battery, it literally cost 1/4 the price of an OEM battery. UPDATE-- The Fancy Buying seller is a good seller, they worked with me and made things right. Original review: Battery came charged to 57%. I put it in but the laptop wouldn't charge it. As the instructions say, I let it discharge. The laptop hibernates at 5%, so I left it on watching a live YouTube stream. Later, after the laptop turned off, I plugged it in and powered up. I expected to see the battery charging indicator, but I didn't, it won't even attempt to charge the battery, says 0%. Now I have a brick. I'll try to return this brick and find a different brand battery. ... show more

And of course by then, it was too late to return it. Also, at least the old battery was discharging after about 10 minutes of my Dell laptop being unplugged. So I could at least change locations, before my computer died. But I had already disposed of that battery, once I installed this so called new one. But this battery suddenly died deader than a burnt match. So I couldn't even unplug my computer for one second, because it would instantly die, for lack of power. And that is very inconvenient, because when doing anything on my Dell Laptop, if there was just a blip in the power, I lost whatever I was doing, which did happen at least a couple of times. And I can already hear some people saying, "Then you should remember to save your work...". But that is impossible, to do, whenever you are running a laser engraving machine, from your laptop. because once your computer dies, the laser machine stops, and you just ruined whatever you were running. And then you have to start over. The order information on Amazon, shows I ordered this worthless, so called "Laptop battery", on March the 11th, of this year, 2024. And it died stone dead, about a moth after I installed it. So, I would be very cautious about ordering from this outfit. ... show more
