This is exactly as I hoped. Even tho it comes compressed in a box, I was able to use it the first night. This foam is a much better quality than any other futons I have used in the past. It has a great feature to help the back rest stand up, it's a nice wide velcro tab discreetly hidden on the side. It holds the shape! Pretty comfortable for an Amazon couch. I do enjoy that it’s incredibly easy to move well vacuuming, and pretty easy to assemble as long as you look at the seams. It was worth it for a $300 couch for my apartment. The color is accurate to the picture a darker grey.

From the pictures it looks like it sits high like a regular couch chair but it’s actually very low to the ground. Was disappointed. I’d already thrown the large box away so I had to keep it because I needed the box to return (and didn’t feel like the trouble to find a new one). For the price, I was expected a large item that I can use as a makeshift sofa chair but instead I got a kid miniature version. Aside from the size, the chair was great. It folds and unfolds easily, color like picture and came with one pillow (would have preferred two to balance look). The pillow was small and thin and took away from the aesthetics and look. I will say, because of what it is, it sits low. I put 3 heavy duty plastic storage bins underneath it to raise it up 7" and now it is the perfect height. Love the firmness and raised up it is a very comfortable day sofa in the spare bedroom and when we have company it is comfortable to sleep on.
