Super light and just cut down an Arborvitae that was 12 feet tall with a large trunk. This little saw was easy to use and cut through the stump pretty well. It does require some clearing of chips between the guard and chain, but very effective little saw. First off... this is a chain saw, needs constant maintenance to function properly. Other reviews call this tool a piece of crap. I think they just don't know how to work with it. You have to loosen the bar then use a phillips head to tighten the tensioner and then lock down the bar to keep the chain somewhat tight. Second... battery life is about 30 mins, charging time is 4 hrs... bonus, accepts Makita batteries and runs great on them. Working time with makita batteries is about 1:15 hrs, Charging time about an hr. This tool does not have a bar oil feature so, dip it in that used oil you have kicking around the house. Tip, don't run the saw and dip, it will sling oil all over the place. Just dip, pull out then hit the trigger a few times to spread the oil. First day on the saw I used mine hard all day. Even cutting 5" branches. Wife bought a similar product and walla, hers accepted Makita batteries too. She used hers for part of the day, not wanting to burn it up. This mini saw works fairly well; however, it is poorly built. The chain will loose after a simple cut, so you have to adjust the bolt very often. Battery is ok but one of the two battery stopped working after 1 used. I recharge, left it overnight but it remained dead. I am not sure on whether or not to recommend this mini saw. Hi. I purchased this item for the farm. There is always limbs to cut, small brush to clear or small trees to cut down. The item worked fine but the chain kept coming off of the saw blade either during or after I cut some limbs or brush. O I had to frequently stop what I was doing and replace the chain saw blade back on. I didn’t expect that from this item. I am sure it can be fixed easily but I couldn’t get the chain saw blade to stay on for more than 1-2 uses during that days trimming and cutting. Thanks ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I can't say enough good things about this little saw. It was everything I as a 75 yr old female hoped for and more. I got this chainsaw in the mail today after ordering it just yesterday. Couldn't believe a chainsaw could be so small. It looks like it could be a toy. I loved that there was nothing to put together, but I did have to charge the battery before using it. It didn't take long to charge. I then put the battery in and went outside to test it out. It was nothing short of mazing! It is so lightweight - felt lighter than a hammer, but feels solid and has great power. I wish I could have had someone to film me doing the cutting, but anyway I did take the video afterwards. It cut through the 2-3 inch growths that I wanted it for, with ease, and I have no doubts it will cut through even bigger limbs. The battery died after about 45 minutes of constant use. I ove it so much i'll probably find something else to cut tomorrow. I highly recommend this chainsaw. ... show more
