delivery was quick. but after i used it for small (really small all i own an acre land mainly with boxwoods) branches maybe 20-30 min of work smoke came out and both belts just broke. i originally purchased it from manufacturer site. support number surely is off. wrote two mails both of them came back to me. even wasnt able to post review on their site, guess why? they moderate reviews!!! absolute mess. and honestly i understand devices can brake here n there but support service is just beyond bad do not buy ... show more
