The bed on a 2022 RAM 2500 is not square. The tailgate opening is narrower than the front wall is from side to side. The tarp covers the opening completely, but the rails and brackets do not align to the edges of the truck bed correctly. Out of the box, the only clamps that work are the rear clamps. The front and middle clamps only worked for me when I drilled a hole through the bracket, then through the cover's rail (missing the actual truck bed rail). I drilled a counter-sink hole in the top of the bracket hole, to allow the provided bolt to counter-sink into the bracket, and then I was able to thread the bolt into the provided "U" clamp which was under the truck's bed where it needed to be. Tightening up the bolt, tightened up the "U" clamp and secured the rail to the truck bed. I did this for 4 of the 6 clamps provided (the 2 in front, and 2 in the middle). *Note: if it was not for the urgent need of this cover for a trip I need to take in 2 days, combined with the affordability of this cover, I would not have modified it to fit on my 2500 6'4' bed. I have a fiberglass truck cap on order and I will be removing this cover when the cap arrives -so I only needed to use it temporarily. I just wanted to share in my solution because of the urgent need and cheapness of the cover. Overall, the cover seems to be of nice quality and the rubber pad/seals and provided foam rubber adhesive does allow for a water-tight seal (no daylight is coming in when it is closed). In summary: It does not fit a RAM 2500 6'4" bed out-of-the-box. However, a drill and bits are all that are required to make it fit. The clamps could be cut and cleaned-up to not hang into open space of the truck like they do, but that's about it. ... show more

Poorly written installation instructions. Item did not fit my2018 Ram as they stated it would. They sent me a cover that was already returned at least once. Extremely dissatisfied and I had to pay $40 to ship it back.
