The media could not be loaded. Absolutely terrible! This weed eater is hands down the worst piece of garden equipment I've ever wasted my money on. From the moment I tried to assemble it, I knew I was in for a rough ride with no great instruction at all. The instructions were vague and confusing, making what should be a simple setup a nightmare. Once I finally got it put together (after hours of frustration), I turned it on, only to find that the engine is ridiculously dying after a five or ten. It constantly stalls and struggles to cut through even the lightest of weeds. Save yourself the headache and avoid this product at all costs and pay the extra money to get a brand name one, local.
