Had to take it to a small engine mechanic to put it together. Cost $100 to get it running. Gap and install spark plug, service carburetor, the brush blade is very flexible, teeth are an inch long. Ordered different blade. Not here yet. Haven't used it. Directions not clear. After new blade arrived I used it. The bar hits thigh quite hard so it hurts to use. bought this thinking you could use other interchangeable extensions for it, has different shaft input. but is was fine with it because it did come with enough stuff. but i ran it once and was constantly fighting the shaft twisting no matter how hard i tightened it down. ran it twice and now hard to crank, gave up and went bought another new one at box store. tired of fighting it. ... show more

The product came with 2 blades and 2 string trimmer heads and a gas/oil mixing bottle. That was good. The machine was incredibly long and heavy when put together. The handles were awkward also. It was too much for my husband and I to handle for our age and size. If we knew how large it was we wouldn't have bought it. Unfortunately, the item was not returnable, even though we never used it and packaged it back in the original packaging. The loss of money was the thing that bothered me. Live and learn. Check to see if items are returnable before you buy. We gave it away. Someone big, tall and strong could use it.     • Waste of money!
Pull cord broke before i could even get it started. Fuel tank had a hole in it. Shoulder strap snaped while carrying it to the trash and broke my big toe. Just go to the harware store!
