Cats love it, I love it. It's very soft, although the rope is extremely scratchy. I didn't initially understand what was happening so I just started assembling based off of the photo. There is a video with instructions which is great, but a paper version would have been incredible as well. Overall, seems to have great quality. My cat jumped into it while assembling, and was very happy to be in it. :) Do please note while assembling that the bottom cubby has a round entrance on top. It was a little confusing, but overall good. /⁠ᐠ⁠｡⁠ꞈ⁠｡⁠ᐟ⁠\ I did have an issue with shipping, where my box was completely torn open, which I hope Amazon is working to resolve, but the tree was completely undamaged by this lack of careful handling :) ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This scratching post is soft and assembly was a breeze with no additional tools required. It was the perfect height for my cat. The only downside was the instruction paper, which was a bit small and hard to read. However, assembly was still manageable because the design is straightforward. Definitely recommend! ... show more

Found it fairly easy to assemble. I'm 5'3 and it's maybe an inch or so shorter then me. Both my cats love to lay in and on it. Seems sturdy came with wall tether too which is nice for extra safety measure. Perfect for kitten 7month (black cat named bagheera) and perfect for 8lb adult cat (Mr grey)

The media could not be loaded. When I got this cat tower I of course had to assemble it, which did not take as long as I was thinking it would. It came with all of the parts and tools needed to assemble the cat tower. When I was putting it together, the only few downsides that I noted were that some of the fuzz would fluff off, (but that was easy to clean) and that some of the fluffy surfaces need to be poked so that that screws can be put though, but it's easy enough to do. My cat's LOVE this thing! It is their go-to cat nap spot during the day, and their favorite place to play at night. With their wild and tornado-like ability, I still feel safe with them being on the tower. It is sturdy and holds them up, even when they are running up and down! I believe that it is great value for what it gives me for my kittens, so it is worth the money! I would recommend for any household with a cat or two (or more)! ... show more

Truly unhappy with this purchase. It was missing three parts. The base was missing one of the shelves was missing and also the rope that is supposed to hang for the cats to play is missing. I can't put it together. On another note the color is totally off not like it is advertised as a darker pink but instead sent me a light pink color. I have added a screenshot of the tree that is on the sale page it is a darker pink and not nowhere near light like this one that I received. Truly unhappy with this purchase I'm sending it back ... show more

Love everything about it. Easy to build. Easy on the eyes. Easy in my cats’ eyes. I wish they were built taller. This is tall enough. I just know my cats would love a taller version.
