Cats love it, I love it. It's very soft, although the rope is extremely scratchy. I didn't initially understand what was happening so I just started assembling based off of the photo. There is a video with instructions which is great, but a paper version would have been incredible as well. Overall, seems to have great quality. My cat jumped into it while assembling, and was very happy to be in it. :) Do please note while assembling that the bottom cubby has a round entrance on top. It was a little confusing, but overall good. /⁠ᐠ⁠｡⁠ꞈ⁠｡⁠ᐟ⁠\ I did have an issue with shipping, where my box was completely torn open, which I hope Amazon is working to resolve, but the tree was completely undamaged by this lack of careful handling :) ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This scratching post is soft and assembly was a breeze with no additional tools required. It was the perfect height for my cat. The only downside was the instruction paper, which was a bit small and hard to read. However, assembly was still manageable because the design is straightforward. Definitely recommend! ... show more

Sometimes these cat trees can get rickety with where and tear but so far this one seems pretty stable. It was good value and has a nice height for cats who like to perch up high. Definitely one of the better models I have purchased.

This is my first cat tree assembly I did not go by the enclosed 1 sheet instructions instead I just looked at the picture and you can easily put it together, it is solid, the hardware fits together perfectly and you should have no problem assembling this it does come with a wall support strip to secure it to the wall using the enclosed wall anchor We are working on adopting a cat and so we want to be ready overall it is nice and sturdy Btw I did use a couple of garden bricks covered with material on the bottom to secure it better. It is really nice and does not have any noticeable chemical carpet odor from fabrication process :) ... show more

Found it fairly easy to assemble. I'm 5'3 and it's maybe an inch or so shorter then me. Both my cats love to lay in and on it. Seems sturdy came with wall tether too which is nice for extra safety measure. Perfect for kitten 7month (black cat named bagheera) and perfect for 8lb adult cat (Mr grey)

I got a taller cat tree because I have a kitten who seems to like to climb the drapes so I figured maybe if I got her something higher she might leave those alone. Well both cats love it and if I want to know where they are all I have to do is look at this cat tree. They are either in one of the little cubes or on top curled up sleeping. I put it near a window so they can see out. Putting this together did take some time to do, the instructions are a little confusing at times and I did have a problem with a couple of pieces deciding where do they go. One of the cubes where a screw goes isn't really noticeable but I finally found it and was able to secure that cube. The only thing I really wish this manufacture would have done was given covers for where the screws are so that they didn't stick out and maybe hid those better. ... show more

Cat tree arrived five days late. When I opened the box, one of the parts was stained. It's even more noticeable since I ordered the white cat tree. Building instructions are trash. Nothing is numbered. You're going to have to count pieces and organize the parts yourself to know which part is which. One of the screws was missing. I thankfully have a collection of leftover screws and was able to find one that worked. This product is supposed to be suitable for adult cats, but it's not. My boys, 5 and 2 years old, both 10+ lbs have a difficult time getting down from the perches, as there's nowhere for them to step. Not that they're going to use the perches, since they're small and without structure. I don't recommend this cat tree. You can buy a better quality one for the same price. ... show more

The tree was easy to assemble but my difficulty was with my cats inspecting each levers thoroughly before I was permitted to put on the next. They use it daily. We like to open the door it sits beside and pull the tree over so our cats can look outside. It’s not too heavy to move. It’s a good height so we never worry about it being too heavy and falling when they are on it. We are very happy with this purchase. We will definitely purchase this again if we need to replace this one and we highly recommend it to others. ... show more
