Either their factory qc is very poor or I got a returned and poorly restocked unit that got labeled as new. The plastic plugs the instructions said I needed to install were already installed, the shelves had bumps and scratches on them and some holes were deformed. I was able to get it assembled and it does work, but that condition along with fairly weak plastick-y wheels is disappointing when I have 2 other racks that cost only about half as much and didn't have any of these issues, though admittedly those had fewer shelves. Maybe I just drew the short straw, but this is disappointing. I will be keeping them since I took the time to assemble and looks are not too important for my application, but if they are for you, you have been warned. Overall they are still shelves that hold things on them, and will do that job alright if that is all you need, but feels like the value for money is not great here if this is their standard level of quality... ... show more

I need a simple shelf for my media room. This one was shipped acceptably and came without any damage, it was easy to assemble with my automatic screwdriver like any other of these sort of assemble yourself furniture pieces.

I was taken aback by the poor quality of this media stand, especially considering its price. It’s constructed from particle board and has a steel frame, but the boards were in less than ideal condition. I really doubt it will hold up over time. I intended to use it in my garage for organization, but I have a feeling the particle board will warp, the shelves might snap, or the welds could fail, leading me to eventually discard it. I lack faith in this 5-tier shelf stand and wouldn’t suggest it to others. ... show more
