I bought this for my Blink camera which is on a tree in my yard, it gets a lot of activity between swaying trees and critters and although the batteries last long I wanted something that can charge because I don't have electric that far from the home. I have a set of blink cameras and after a while it is a pain in the butt to change the lithium batteries. Often my cameras would be dead for a while, but with a set of solar chargers they have been going strong for months now. No need to ever change batteries again or spend the money on a pack of lithium ones. Setup was easy and the wires are more than long enough to get an angle of the sun. These work flawlessly with the blink gen 2 outdoor and the charging cable even has some weather proofing to protect it. I have had them up for about two weeks now, They work well and provide the battery time for the evening. Since I have cameras set up to be sensitive for movement, i would go through batteries at least 3 times a year. Lithium batteries are not cheap. Glad to have found this solar option.

Had some battery still from testing. Worked perfectly for my blink cameras did not notice you can plug two cameras per panel. Just need the adapter for second camera. Currently out of stock micro usb male to micro usb male needed

I bought two wasserstein solar panels. At six months, they just quit working. I guess the batteries in them were no good. Many others had the same experience. Now I bought these solar panels to replace the Wasserstein solar panels. I have only used them for two days, so I can't give a good review. I plugged them in and they work for now. Got these to power 3 outdoor cameras on an auxiliary dwelling unit so I would not have to worry about the batteries dying and needing replaced when I can't always be available to change batteries... I follow the directions directly as soon as I open the box set the solar panels in the Sun for 2 days not hooked to any cameras or anything. To the panels and won't hold a charge for long. I don't have time to return the items cuz I work so I'm just screwed. I purchased these panels for my blink cameras that are used for safety and to secure my home while my children are there. Not unless you have time to return and deal with the headache of a product that you pay decent money for I wouldn't recommenders. ... show more
