The entire system works great out of the box(es). It helps if you have a little networking experience, but it's not hard to figure out anything. Basically, plug and play will get you up and running in no time. Just follow the directions... The quality of the PTZ cameras and NVR are better than expected and you can't go wrong with the price being three to four times less than Panasonic, Axis, Pelco, etc. The ethernet cables the system comes with are plenty long for most homes and the connections are good and weatherproof. The hardest thing about the whole system is running the cables through the fiberglass-filled attic in the extremely hot Florida summer, but if you can handle that, everything else is a breeze... The mounts and mounting hardware are plastic, but they are exceptional and can be modified to work on wood, concrete, stucco, metal, etc. I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone needing a great security system without going bankrupt... Just use a little common sense and some minor skills, follow the instructions and take your time to install everything correctly, and you will have an exceptional video security system as well. These have been awesome over the past 4 months of so. Good image quality, easy to set up, the interface is easy to use too. Rarely have performance issues, and I have never been hacked. These are wired so I don't know why Amazon is suggesting I write about wireless, but hey, as long as it checks it off the list aye. I have yet to use support because it's been so easy to use. After purchasing this about 3 weeks ago I've been doing nothing but going back and forth with hiseeu support through WhatsApp and email. My issue: after enabling motion detection, somebody would walk by the camera which would detect the motion but would keep going in the direction of the motion all the way until it faced the wall and then it would stay there for a while then it would go all the way up down left right missing just about anything that would be important such as a car break in all cameras did this. Even if it was my palm tree moving my cameras would go berserk. Didn't matter what the sensitivity level was set at which was on the lowest setting at all times, eventually it would just reset by itself to the middle of the sensitivity line. I would sit in my bedroom looking in my monitor at my living room when absolutely no motion was happening it was going up down left right checked the recordings it would do that all night long. Don't get me wrong, hiseeu support people are nice and they do get back to you... eventually. But I feel that they don't know what they're talking about. At all. I don't know how many times I talked to them it was a lot. They continuously wanted screenshots and would give me instructions that never changed anything. I'm not a novice with security camera systems either I've had multiple over the last decade. My last attempt talking to these people I requested a new NVR. They said they would get back to me on that and they never did. Eventually I figured out on my own to stop the motion detection is to hit the switch on each camera which has a wire with a button on it you hold it for a few seconds and it will say something and then it's reset. Out of all the phone calls I made and emails nobody mentioned this. So I stopped the motion detection because it's pretty much useless. And the quality is slightly better than my last system which was 1080p I thought it would be a whole lot better being 4K but it is not. It's a little clearer close up but over 20 ft It just gets worse. You get what you pay for. Now I know why it was so cheap. ... show more

The quality of the videos are pretty good. You can access the recorded videos remotely. The setup was not too hard - The instructions were not great but understandable enough so that if you "click" around a bit you can figure out the commands. I had a problem with the system at first - one of the cameras kept going offline every few days. Then after a few weeks, all the cameras went offline. They were actually still recording, but could not be accessed from the phone app. It took a few messages back and forth with the manufacturer, but it seems to be working now - hasn't gone offline in 2 weeks. ... show more
