I install cctv everyday on a commercial scale for hospitals and businesses. The systems we install is very expensive and needs licensing for each camera, so I bought this for our home not expecting a good product, and it exceeded my expectations by far that I can easily compare it with systems 100 times more expensive. Easy to install, operate and the mobile app works like a charm. Best off all is I have 4 devices connected to it and it all does work no drama. It’s got more features than most other systems twice the price. Clarity is remarkable even at night and unlike other systems this does not beep and the nvr is quiet. This is definitely a thumbs up to purchase I had a problem with cameras that was damaged in shipping so I mailed the company and they responded within a day. They send me new cameras immediately without any drama and I had them within a couple of days. Excellent customer service is a plus in any company. To Mr. Eric Lee or to whom it may concern, In regards to my purchase of a wired security camara system your company sold me via Amazon, I would like to say that at first I was hesitant to order a foreign made surveillance camera system with a name brand of which I did not recognize. I also wondered whether it would work well enough as one I already have of a major brand name in my U.S. home. This model is no longer supported by them. So I had to obtain a different model. I am very happy with my purchase of this model, OOSSXX and surprised of the quality and of the different features that this wired 8 camera unit had. At first I had a whole bunch of questions prior to my purchasing of this unit. My number one question was, whether it worked in Mexico, especially under a Mexico Wi-Fi system. I was unsure if it would be compatible. This was for my Mexico getaway vacation home. I wanted to view my home at any time of the day from anywhere. I contacted customer service and had to leave a message. I did not expect to get a call back as soon as I did. The gentleman was very friendly and answered all of my questions. the main question of whether it would be compatible with Mexico's Wi-Fi signal. He was pretty sure that it would work in Mexico under its wifi system. I went ahead and bought the unit and was happy. It came with a 2 year warranty. I was very happy to test the unit in Mexico and find out it worked. I installed the 8 wired camaras that the system came with around the whole home. One unit, I installed on a lamppost facing the back of the home. The 4K reception is excellent. the night vision works very well. It is a great feature. Each camara unit also has a 2 way microphone that also work well. It also has a built-in siren. I only wish that the siren sound was more serious. Instead of a chirping sound. Yes, I totally recommend this unit, OOSSXX. My OOSSXX sytem is about a year old with no issues. I also had no trouble preparing and setting up. The system continues to work great. It has the so-so Eseecloud operating system on it. Not the most user friendly, but gets the job done. Cameras are pretty good quality and picture is good when you toggle the HD switch on the app or desktop viewer. Phone app is pretty decent, windows desktop software is lacking. May have to play with screen resolution on your monitor to make everything fit correctly. ... show more

Pros: -Great price for a POE HD 8 camera system. -Good quality video. -Lots of storage for footage review. -Wide angle lens provides large viewing area. -Can be added to TinyCam PRO easily for multiple viewing options. -I have a old 32 inch TV used for viewing the cameras with the HDMI output. Works great. - I use several old tablets as camera viewers so that we can see what's going on outside of the house, from multiple rooms inside the house. I use TinyCam Pro for the viewing software. Cons: -Zooming in doesn't provide good detail. As in, you can't zoom in on a license plate to see it, unless it's fairly close to the camera. This is mainly due the fact that these are wide angle cameras. Not really a flaw, just the downside of using wide angle cameras. -Mobil app is not all that great. It's better than several others that I have used, but still could use a lot of improvement. The main problem is that it's kind of slow. It takes a bit of time to get the app open and get the camera's live view. Often having to login to the app again before you can view it. It does allow you to review past footage, which is a plus. If you want to open the app and see the cameras quickly, use TinyCam. -HDMI output is quit "touchy". bumping the cable makes the TV screen go blank for a few seconds. Seems like the HDMI solder joints are not all that good. ... show more

For the money, we couldn't beat the price. The POE feature is simply plug & play. Super clear video, night vision, color when needed at night. Sensitivity is agreeable and will ignore the US flag on the front of the house most nights. However, really windy days, it can't help but send alerts. That gets old and easy to turn off settings via the phone app. I have it wired through the house and I use a TV in garage to drill down through an extensive menu that is user friendly and easy to navigate. The very large HD saves the video for days on end and no need to use the cloud service. If necessary, I can simply download to my PC and view the video if any concerns, months earlier if necessary. ... show more
