My original battery had a fault in the Bluetooth function, but Ogrphy exchanged it out with no problems! Replacement battery works great so far and it's great to have that Bluetooth function to monitor the battery levels. I thank them for their great service.

READ THE WHOLE REVIEW... I charged this battery with the charger that came with the battery. Simple enough, but when the charger and the app said it was fully charged, my volt meter said otherwise. I've sent a request for help to the seller so we will see what happens. The reason it got 2 stars was the packaging. Well packed and arrived undamaged. UPDATE: The company answered back right away and helped me get everything set on the app. Works perfectly now. The response from the company was quick and informative! I'll change to 5 stars. Update: I was contacted by the sellers and they determined the charger sent was defective and quickly sent out a replacement. The app to monitor the battery did not work with Android phones, I had to connect using an Apple device (iPad). The new charger worked and the battery charged from 55 to 100 percent. The sellers response was welcomed and made every attempt to rectify the issues. I will update this review when and if I get a response from the company. Phone calls go to voicemail. Email sent as well. I unboxed the battery and downloaded the app that monitors the battery. The app listed the battery but would not connect for any data. I connected the included charger and it would not charge, only shows there is a fault. Unable to connect with the company I requested a return from Amazon. I got a Return Authorization to return the battery to the company. But, the company, nor Amazon, provide a paid Shipping label. The return instructions say to use the shipper of your choice at your expense. 100 pound battery will be well over $100 for me to ship. Avoid this battery and company unless you need an expensive 100 pound anchor. I wish there was a zero rating but one star is the least you can give.& ... show more

I purchased this battery 3 months ago to replace the 6-8 volt Trojan batteries. The battery is 300lbs lighter, charges in a few hours. It has Bluetooth so you can monitor everything from your phone. Super simple install. I am hard on my cart and have not even came close to activating the BMS shut off. I highly recommend this battery for your golf cart. ... show more

Edit #2. It’s been a month and the battery still makes our 36v cart spin the tires in the dirt! Edit—So, I’ve had to edit this review twice. The charger completed two full charges and is now dead. Even with the battery at 50%, the charger cycles between full and charge and never charges the battery. Had to change my review We bought a very old Melex 36v golf cart that had refurbished 6v lead batteries in it. Worked great for about 3 months and then the AZ heat killed 4 of the batteries. I did t want to spend gobbs of money on this old cart so I went to Amazon for the more expensive lithium route. The 36v battery weighs as much as one of the old leads. Took a little bit of bracket reworking as well as running longer wires, but damn what a difference!!! I did t even wait to charge the battery 100% as suggested. I just fired it up and started laying down skid marks 😂. The only oversight is that I will need a step down converter to run my accessories as the wires were ran in series from two of the 6v batteries The charging issue was user error somehow the “charger on” switch in the app was turned off.
