Barely fits in my CC DS, had to build in a floor in the battery compartment, but the extra range will be worth the hassle. Everything worked as advertised. Bypassed (removed) the OBC, hooked up positive and negative and it was operational. Installing a 12v regulator to power the lights and radio is also necessary and be sure to separate the 12 v stuff before hooking up the 48 v, or you'll kill your lights and other stuff. I'm happy with it so I hope it lasts. Not a drop in for a Club Car DS, if you aren't able to build up the subfloor in the compartment and do a little wiring then you'll need to source those services because there's no way it'll fit otherwise. I knew this before I purchased and it went as I'd planned (hoped). Info included how to charge and performance specs but zero about installation. So...big battery, big range, and if you have a DS it'll be a mid level DIY project to fit it in there properly due to the sloped frame rails in the bottom of the compartment. Can't say anything about other model carts as my DS is the only one I have any experience with. ... show more

This weighs about 70 lbs. the 6 acid batteries weigh about 60 each. So I am losing about 300 lbs of weight on my cart. Drives and handles so much better. Easy conversion, remove old batteries place this one in and connect wires! Ready to roll!!! Amazing thing is I get same speed and power on flat or uphill. Don’t have to check/add water every week. No leaking/spilling on floor. Charger is 1/2 the size and works perfectly. This upgrade is such a huge improvement. Should have done this long ago. ... show more

I like the battery so far and I now have the battery monitor hooked and working! It took an email to the ogrphy folks and they responded quickly I got another app! It connects correctly! We have a road around our lake! 1.5 miles I have made 4 trips and used 7% of charge!

Installed this 48 volt battery in my E-Z-GO golf cart and so far I couldn't be happier. I got rid of the old lead acid boat anchors and after some minor modifications to make for a secure tray to hold the new battery, the installation was pretty straightforward. I removed the old charging receptacle and installed a 115 volt plug so now my charger is permanently installed next to the new battery in the cart and now I can charge from any extension cord via the new 115v plug port I installed where the old receptacle was. I did have to sort out basically an interlock from the old charging cable receptacle which I discovered needed 48 volts on a control wire which I suspect was an interlock to prevent the cart from operating whenever the previous charging cable was plugged in. Also, I think it's cool being able to connect to the battery but I did not install the remote battery monitor display since the same info is available from the app and my charge indicator next to cart key. If I have any issues or early failures I will update my review here. If this battery lasts more than a few years, it will be proven that I made the right decision as opposed to spending 2-3x on better known brands. 2/3/25- added photos: Built a little wood tray to mount the new charger that came with the battery and secured the battery. With the on board charger now, I can plug into 115 volts anywhere, that adapter plug with weather cap. So for the most part it was a straightforward change out for me, esp after I got comfortable reading the other reviews. I transferred wire for wire from the main hot and the main negative, from the string of my six old batteries, directly to the new battery pos & neg, minus three wires that came from the original charging receptacle. Cart definitely pulls stronger in every way, very pleased! ... show more

I replaced 6 X 12V deep discharge lead acid batteries in a 1999 Bombardier NEV (Neighborhood Electric Vehicle) by connecting two of the 36V LiFePo4 batteries in series. The excellent cases and lifting handles made the job a lot easier. The batteries fit in the same space as the 6 X 12 volt batteries and at 100Ah provided higher power and longer range than the 130Ah batteries (when new). I charge the batteries with the two 36V onboard chargers simultaneously from a 120V 20A circuit. ... show more

36 volt EZ GO Bought this to replace 6X 6 volt bat. Im looking at an ap on my phone. Im seeing it charge before my eyes. The ap is really general info. But has feature to kill power, like security lock. I thought that cool. I have power galore at this point. Ive run it down to around 50% now only couple times. Takes about 3 hrs to charge up at 50%. Thats nice. Trying to get a good read on milage. New odometer ap so Ive reset it several times by accident. My cart sat dead for 6 months, no battery. So this is great so far. Next thing is a 36/12 step down charger to run cart lights etc. ... show more

Used this to replace the 6 batteries in my 95 Club Car Ds and so far it works great! Didn't fit in any if the battery trays but I knew that going in so I welded one myself out of angle iron. Going from 6 batteries to 1, I had to re do some of the wiring but other than that it seems to power the cart perfectly. It weighs about the same as one of the old 6 volt lead acids so now the cart is about 300lbs lighter than it was before. I can't speak for Apple but the QR code in the instruction manual for the android app didn't work. A quick search in Google play and I found it. The app works seamlessly. There's a whole bunch of stuff in there but most importantly it tells you the charge percentage and you can control whether or not you want the battery to charge or discharge. So far so good, I'm very happy for the price ... show more
