Item arrived early, was packaged firmly and the 12 color flame and rock options are great. Fireplaces in town for DIY were very pricey compared to this. Very reasonable and sleek. Remote control is very handy.

I love the quality of the materials of this fireplace. It is just the right dimensions for what I need. I could not get the remote to work even after finally turning the fireplace on with the controls on the fireplace. I had a brand new battery for the remote, so I installed it, then the remote worked okay. I would like to find out "how" to make the flames bigger. They are only about 4 or 5 inches high and that does not look like the flames in the pictures on the website. It is a good reasonably priced item that I am glad that I purchased. ... show more

Nice variety of colors, warms up a room, & adds a nice ambience/soothing. Not loud, it can get toasty hot or chestnut warm lol. I like how it adds style and elegance to my rustic style room. I don't like that it comes with very few clear rocks. I do believe the burning wood log gives a more realistic look too. This fireplace has a more hologram effect. This love it, still would recommend. It came assembled with easy like instructions to mount. I still would watch a YouTube video.
