Cheap piece of junk from China. I bought this especially to play one favorite childhood game. Instructions didn't make any sense. Took an hour of messing around to get it connected to wifi for it to work. Then tried to start a game but the emulator was programmed wrong. For example the emulator menu would say A was "select" but really A was "cancel" and B was select. Probably spent another hour figuring out the incorrectly programmed buttons. Finally got a console started, but same thing, the buttons weren't responding as they should so I couldn't get the game I wanted to play to start. At this point I contacted Amazon tech support. They were absolutely useless at fixing anything and said they were going to send me a new emulator but what they really did was put me in touch with the chinese seller to do more troubleshooting. Seller took about a day to respond to my messages (i get it, there's a time zone difference) so we had a slow back and forth but eventually his response wasn't to send me a new emulator but to insist that I keep trying to reprogram the controllers. He sent me a youtube video, I followed the instructions, it didn't work. So he sent me another video. And another. By the time he sent me the 4th video, I'd had it. I shouldn't have to reprogram their emulator for it to work. It should work out of the box. I never got the game I wanted to play to work and I didn't want to waste any more time watching youtube videos on controller settings for this piece of junk. So I returned the whole thing to Amazon and got my money back. ... show more

Most important is item came fast in good condition and as described.... I messaged seller for complete game list before i decided to purchase. Every game is on the console as advertised. 5 minutes and i was playing. Important getting the controller figured out and navigating in and out of games is a lil tricky at first if your not used to emulator consoles. I had to configure the controller. Played system for an hour so far every game i tried worked. Havent gotten to the point of figuring out how to save yet. Deffinately worth the price. Similar systems with this amount of games were over 200.00 and didnt even have the wireless controllers like this one does which are handy ... show more

So over all it's a great system. All the old fun games. Very little Sega games but you can always add games. When ever you are playing a game that requires save points. Make sure you don't hard shutdown the system when you are done. Meaning just turning the power button in back of system off. This will cause the game you just played to not save your data. Instead when you are done and have saved press the start and select button same time twice and exit game. Then when you are at the game selection menu press start and choose quit. Then choose option of shut down. This alows the console to save completely all new data that has occured during you game play. ... show more

I purchased the Super Console X Cube recently and was amazed that so many games fit into this little console. I have purchased a Pandora's box that had 1500 games and cost a lot more than the Super Console. The Super Console has a whopping 50,000 games. Some of the systems on the Super Console X Cube are Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Atari and Playstation just to name a few. It's easy to start up and no downloading required. Just plug in and play. All the old games are there. If you grew up in the late 70's and 80's like me, you will find all your old favorites here. My only gripe is that the power button is small and is in the back of the system right next to the power cord. I use a pen to push on the power. So purchase and enjoy. This has brought back so many memories of nights spent with friends and family members with my old game systems (and the some). The operating system used, Emuelec, is well laid out and easy to use after a short period of learning. There are truly a ton of games but bear in mind that you will come across duplicates do to makers providing multiple systems access to their games. You will also find that some games are glitchy with the stock configurations within the emulators. Not a problem with most after some tweaks though. The controllers are decent enough and are plug and play. I found myself saying "Oh man, they have this game too" so many times now that I've lost count. If you're looking for a true plug and play option to retro gaming that won't break the bank and bring years worth of fun, this is a great option. ... show more

Not sure if this is just a raspberry or not but indeed it runs off RetroArch which admittedly a lot of operating systems that play games run off RA. I've programmed many of these throughout the years with the raspberries with games I own of course, with that said I just wanted something out of the box as my time is limited in 2022. I was skeptical. But this unit packs a punch. It's all configured for you all the bells and whistles have already been tweaked the only thing you need to have knowledge on is how to swap out emulators to get the best performance out of your games especially with the Nintendo 64.. this product deserves five stars for the simple fact it's my 8-year-old son can just take it out of the box and play it. Very simple straight forward and to the point. Don't worry about the FTP (file transfer protocol servers) to download more games if you don't have the experience. You might brick it if you don't have a clue. Out of the box it comes with an amplitude of games no need to add extra... 5 stars would buy again ... show more
