I bought these so I could play Medal of Honor Airborne, and it was a good purchase. The chords are really short, but the controllers work absolutely fine. Something I noticed with other games is the controller will set itself as a different controller number. It does this automatically so the controller will work with the game. I found that out while playing Resident Evil 5. I accidentally hit the PlayStation button and saw it was set as controller 2. I changed it to controller 1 and it didn't work with the game. Let me start off by saying I don’t regularly play video games. I got back into it and needed to replace my controller because my younger self had a habit of breaking controllers in fits of rage-quitting… I bought these as replacements to my broken ones and, while they get the job done, I would not buy them again. They work fine: all the buttons work, they synced almost right away, battery life is great, and they are the same size as the original controllers. HOWEVER, the analog sticks are garbage. There is little to no fine adjustment which, during gameplay, results in you either moving full speed or not moving at all. There is a small, SMALL amount of fine control but it makes playing nearly impossible for shooter games. ... show more

Found my old PS3, couldn’t find my controllers anywhere so I decided to buy these. I’ve had them for a while now, been playing a lot. No issues with the remotes at all. Sturdy material. Comfortable to grab. They feel a bit smaller than I remember. Or I’ve just gotten used to the feeling of the PS4 remotes instead. Regardless. The price, the quality, the speed of the delivery. The cord they came with would not sync them to the ps3, luckily I had an old cable for the ps3 itself and they synced right up. However, the response time is horrible. The joysticks don't move your view or character unless pushed nearly all the way in whichever direction, this makes minute adjustments extremely challenging and bordering on impossible when trying to play things like shooters. They also don't handle buttons pressed in rapid succession very well. If I press one button, I must wait about a full second before pressing another or else it doesn't even register I've pressed another. Which will mess things up in combat scenarios and put you at a disadvantage. I can't imagine trying to do combos in a fighting game such as tekken with these controllers. The response time is better and almost normal if left plugged into the cord, but the joysticks still aren't quite right even then. I don't recommend these unless you intend on only playing turn based games where response time doesn't matter. ... show more
