The media could not be loaded. The cameras look great and they were easy to install. I went with Smonet model because I'm familiar with it. I bought and have been using their wireless 720P 4 channel 4 camera system since 2016. I've had a couple cameras die early on but they replaced them relatively quickly And were easy to match with the system. Customer service was fantastic. The only thing that really disappoints me is the change they made to the video playback controller / software in 2018. They used to have the option to fast forward 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x and 36x normal speed when reviewing long portions of video. (see Previous 1 & 2) I was also able to hide the playback module so all I had was a full screen of the camera. The update conveniently put everything needed to review and downland video on the screen. However, the removed the skip forward and back buttons and reduced speed. the fastest the updated version could go is 8x. Plus, I couldn't go full screen with the video anymore. (see After Update Pict) I use my video cameras to record my outside cats doing crazy things throughout the night and the wildlife that comes to visit. so, as you can imagine, cats aren't active the whole time so I have to fast forward through a lot of the video until I see action. What used to take me about 30 minutes to review night hours of tape, started taking me over an hour. that's a big difference when you have other things to do. I run my system into my Elgato game capture card so I can record the video on my computer then edit it with my video software.You can also save the video onto a thumb drive from the back of the system then put it on your computer. Now, that video will be full screen. It's just an inconvenience to have to do that since I can watch the camera feeds on my computer and record them with the card. Other than these two issues I have no real problems with the system. I'm enjoying having four extra cameras in 1080. Now I can catch all the good cat chases, tackles, Mouse tossing contests and all the rest of the Shenanigans those Misfits get into at night. When I bought this new system I was just really was hoping they added the skip forward and back buttons, 16x and 36x speeds back. (see current pict) ... show more

Bought this camera’s on Prime day. Never heard of them. When I started hooking up the system, one of the camera’s didn’t work. I contacted the company and they were beyond amazing and super helpful to make things right. I was quite surprised in this day and age. I highly recommend them

One of the reviews I read before I purchased the unit said it does not show movement as soon as it happens, but has a delay in displaying movement. I found this to be the case, but it is good enough for me for the price I paid. Two of the problems I found is that I can only replay one camera at a time and although you can go from HD to SD, it again only does it one camera at a time when you are reviewing what happened. I have not been able to get the motion sensor to work, but the problem is probably that I am trying to cover a large open parking lot and not a small inside area. It does have one-way sound recording and does not allow you to speak through the cameras (I do not need this capability so it is no problem to me).
