Many people report how brittle this filament is & yes, wet filament is brittle. So, dry it first. Then it will work well. I have had great prints with the Glow filament. After charging off a Bright light for 20 minutes, it will last for a few hours. Thicker prints works best of course, as there is more product to glow. Good detail can be printed with this. Important to have the settings correct, as the Glow is actually a PLA+ which melts at a higher temp than PLA. Appears to be a bit stronger than PLA, but not like a CF or PETG. I would purchase again. I've purchased 3 different gradient colors from iSANMANTE. I really like the way it looks and the way it prints. My prints always come out flawlessly. I see a lot of reviews saying this isn't good quality or that it clogs or cant be used with this or that. Well, I have never had a clog with any iSANMATE filament. I always use it in conjunction with a filament dryer, especially if I've had it open for a few months, and I never have any issues with it softening like one reviewer claimed. Someone else says to not use this if you have a Bambu Labs printer. I have a P1S and it works great, even when I just use the spool hanger on the back of the printer. If you are having issues with this filament, MAYBE you got a bad batch, but I think people need to check their printer and slicer settings. There are a lot of variables that can cause prints to fail. If you see some iSANMATE filament that looks really cool and pretty, then try it out! It's a filament that performs great and looks even better. ... show more

I have tried to make 5 different projects now and all have failed in some form or another. I increased the temperature of my bed, some improvement but 3/4 of the way from completion it broke away from the bed. I tried to up the temperature of the nozzle and got very bad results. At this point I think this purchase was a total bust. Regardless of what I do I can’t get good results. Also, the glow in the dark colors are just not very bright and the “multicolor” is just green. Edit: The sales rep from the company reached out and inquired about the issues I was having. After explaining it to them they concluded I had been sent defective product and rushed me some new product. I received the replacement and also read other reviews of the products and made the required adjustments on my printer. The performance was greatly improved. The multicolor is still not very “multi” but I greatly improved my botched print rate, from 100% to about 20%, which is not horrible. I ended up increasing my table temperature by 10 degrees F and my nozzle by 5. My updated rating reflects the incredible customer service (5 stars) with my rating of the product overall (3 stars). I would buy more products from ISANMATE, just not this particular one. ... show more

My first batch of this filament was good. Read my original review below. Not sure what happened, but this current batch is absolutely terrible. The first batch at least looked like it matched the colors. This batch, even though they were all different colors, all looked green. Not a problem, just annoying. The real problem is that it is so brittle! It snaps mid print, and even to the point it became extremely hard to unload as it kept snapping. Lastly it appears to glow less bright and for less time. Really not a good experience at all. I definitely won't be back for more. Sad. I'm new to 3D printing, but I have been a quick study and I'm starting to get some really cool stuff coming out of my Creality Ender 3 V2 Neo. I bought this glow in the dark medium to get some Halloween decorations ready for myself and my friends. The filament loaded into the printer fine and I never had a problem with it not sticking to the base or getting caught in the feeder. The haunted stump took 12 hours to print and it never had an issue. When it came time to unload it to put my normal filament in, it came out without a hitch all in all I'm very happy with the product. I just wish that they sold the colors individually as running such a big print ate through my green spool pretty quickly! ;). PS - It's been two week since I printed this and it still glows super bright in the dark. ... show more

Horrible filament . brittle and out of speck. Had to tear down my machine to unclog it and completely replace my bowden tube as the filament got stuck in there and broke off . Update, the filament is still brittle. However, the clogging in the tube could have been avoided if I trimmed it after retracting it from the printer. Please work on making the filament less brittle in the future. ... show more

I'm very happy with my glow in the dark filament. It's a bit stiff and I had to flex it a bit to load into my printer. I had zero print issues and my printer was on standard settings (Apseed X-maker). It really does glow in the dark and quite brightly after being exposed to an hour of LED light. The packages are all well labeled so I know which glow in the dark colors they are. Each roll was well sealed, no issues with moisture and the rolls have 250g of filament each. ... show more
