Received first one and the front fender was bent, handle bar screws were stripped out and switch didn’t work correctly. Called Amazon and they shipped out another right away. Received it put it together upon looking we have another bent front fender and something else going on possibly the chain sprocket. It makes a horrible noise and the rear wheel won’t turn at all. Also it is a small bike if your child is on the taller side it won’t be tall enough for them. If your child weighs more than 50 or 60 pounds don’t look for it to travel very fast. My biggest issue however is the disgust I have after two bikes and both have issues. This was a birthday gift for my grandbaby and her birthday has come and gone and she still doesn’t have a bike she can ride. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning and she still has no bike. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Ordered this bike for my son. It was so simple and easy to put together or some thing I hadn’t seen in the reviews but wondered I believe it’s only six bolts ( The front wheel, the handlebars , and to secure the shock) that need to be placed and you’re good to go also ordered the helmet combo very safe and easy for now, five-year-old to ride I told them learn how to ride a two wheeler and I’d get him a dirtbike for his birthday .. he’ll be ready for a gas one in no time ... show more
