It’s super easy to set up - it’s like setting up a tent where all the poles are connected and you just have to lock them in place. I love the mesh sides - they’re super strong to the point where my puppy isn’t able to scratch through or break them. Very roomy (and I have a great dane puppy). Versatile, well made. I like all the options for access point on 3 side plus the top. Lightweight and easier to move around than the metal crates. Puppy scratches his nails down the mesh and it hasn't snagged yet. Totally worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. So I bought the XL soft crate for my 5 month old Pitbull last week, I love how easy it is to assemble, I love how roomy it is, the zippers are very sturdy, it’s really nice looking, I love that it came with carrier for travel, and that it’s lightweight, however the mesh windows is not strong enough. It will be a week tomorrow that I received this crate and my puppy was able to break through it already which is very disappointing. Therefore I say it’s not that sturdy or maybe it’s not for puppies in training. ... show more

I liked how easy it was to set up after you figure it out and I liked how many zippers it had for access but the quality is worse than anything I’ve ever seen. I had this crate for less than 2 months and this was the end result. Yes, my dogs nails were trimmed and he’s only 4 months old. Our dog has the run of the house and has not been in a crate since she was housebroken as a pup. Since we were renting a cottage and wanted to go out for dinner on vacation, we needed to contain her. We put the crate up at home for a week before we left town and she quickly started to go into it on her own. It is very sturdy and has plenty of mesh which allows the dog to see what is happening around her. We were really surprised at the quality for the money. I ordered this for my mini australian shepherd. She is just a puppy, so right now this is huge, but she will grow into it. (I got the Large 36" size) I use this everyday at home as her crate where I feed her and sometime seperate her from our other much larger dogs. I would not leave her in this unattended though. The mesh side panels are surprisingly thick and the solid fabric feels durable, but puppy teeth are Razor sharp and I'm certain she would eventually tear her way out. I've also used this collapsable crate when traveling and it is easy to fold once you figure out the order of disconnecting the rods. I didn't use the included travel bag because I only partially fold this for travel and it has to be completely disassembled to fit in the bag. This really came in handy when visiting relatives so my puppy had a comfortable place to rest that was familiar to her. I usually leave one of the large windows rolled up so she has a nice wide open area. (She hates wire crates for some reason.) The thing I don't really like is the floor pad. It's super thin with a sheet of foam inside (which makes it hard to fold up the crate with the pad inside) and has only one piece of hook and loop tape in the center to hold it in place inside the crate. My pup is very active and moves it around a lot. I think it needs some way to fasten it in the corners as well. Overall I really like this and I recommend it! ... show more
