Sell tools that are completely assembled, with screws properly tightened. All six roller screws were loose, so after losing the first roller screw when the roller fell off unexpectedly, I had to go to a hardware store, match that screw size, then replace it and remove the remaining five screws (that was the easy part, no wrench required, since all five were already loose too), put LockTite on them and tighten them up.
