Haven't had the product 6 months and only ridden 4 to 5 times due to cold weather and the battery will not charge. Waste of money. You can't get in touch with anybody to get help.

After assembly my grandson's first ride the gears in the drive motor were stripped, it would go forward and then you could hear the internal gears in the right side motor grinding. Such a disappointment, my grandson was so sad. We stopped him from riding it anymore. Have tried to contact manufacturer and have not heard back from them. I build classic cars and for someone to tell me it was assembled wrong would be an insult. Hopping they will make it right. ... show more
