It arrived quickly and no real assembly is required. At this price point it exceeds my expectations and I like it can be taken down quickly and stored. I use it about an hour a day for walking and have not tried to use it for running. The handle when up is a little loose feeling so I would not put much weight on it although it works well for using for stability while walking. The booklet suggest lubing the track so you may want to order the type lubricant they suggest. Keeps track of speed, distance walked, calories burned (maybe) and time and is very easy to use. Great affordable treadmill! I have now bought two for different locations. I love that I can walk/jog anytime. It isn’t too loud, seems well built for the price and fits in my small rooms. It came ready to use right out of the box! Only complaint is the safety shut off is immediate and not a gradual stop so if ya mistakenly knock it off the magnet, your body quickly needs to adjust which is slightly dangerous. ... show more
