This Jeep is the best power wheels toy we have ever purchased. It's so well put together, you can control the jeep with 3 speed settings with remote left and right control and remote forward, reverse on the emergency brake, you can stop it immediately and if your child hits it, it It won't scroll to a stop. When you are about to get into danger, press the stop button and it will stop, run well on the road, and surprisingly, it also runs well on the grass! We even ran up and down muddy steps and this thing will satisfy your child's desire to drive it in. We love this toy it's very well made it has LED headlights and park lights on the front and rear this is our next add on every light you see on the front and rear fog lights front and rear bumpers Holes are also pre-drilled for additional turn signals or parking lights, so you can cheaply add more LED lights later if you wish. During assembly, when car was turned over the battery fell out and this detached some wires. When trying to place battery back under seat, wire touched metal prong on battery, sparked, and melted the prong. Update: was able to reach customer service via email and replacement parts were sent. Vehicle is now working well. Bluetooth connectivity with phone is good. Only reason one star is removed is that when remote control is on, car cannot be driven by child, and car has to be restarted when controller is shut off in order for child to drive on their own. There are lots of fun features like stereo sound and the ability to control it as a parent via the remote. It's fast on sidewalks/roads and works great in the yard too. This project is very dynamic!

Update : after trying to replace parts, the jeep just would not work. So the seller sent us a brand new one. My daughter is thrilled and so am I. Excellent customer service! ——————— We’ve had this less than two months, barely used it, and already it’s not working. We bought this for our daughter’s 4th bday in August. She used it for 2 months and then had t used it due to the cold weather here in Nebraska. Went to charge it and have her use it and it won’t even turn on. I’m going to call tomorrow (3/3/24) or on Monday if they are closed to hopefully get it fixed. $370 is quite a bit of money to spend on something that only got 2 months use. Will update post once I speak to customer service. UPDATE: Joyracer actually reached out to me after seeing the poor review given. They emailed me back almost instantly every time I replied to them. We fixed the issue! They mailed me a new battery (took 3-5 days) and it’s up and running again. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! It was all done via email and I’m totally fine with that because I am busy and have little ones! If you read any reviews about their customer service, I am here to say that it is NOT true.
