My 4 & 6 year old grandchildren really enjoy riding this 4 wheeler. So much so that I purchased a second one to keep-the-peace. I purchased the JoyRider brand for the TRUE 4 wheel drive (4x200W engines), the 24V power, and 110 lbs weight capacity. This enables the toy to be ridden in the yard on grass and up inclines. A fully charged battery provides hours of ride time. I have purchased many battery powered ride-on's for my kids and grandkids and JoyRider (4x200W model) is the first to impress me. I did have an issue with the first ride-on but the seller contacted me through my Amazon account and quickly resolved that issue. I initially contacted Amazon customer service to connect with the seller. Amazon CS was a frustrating experience that provided no help. The seller has informed me the instruction sheet in the shipping box provides a QR Code with their information - so save that for future reference. ... show more

My 3 yr old grandson loves it. He has played on older models. There's no comparison. I can't believe the power! Great traction. The only thing is, it would be a tight squeeze to put 2 kids on it. So glad I bought it.

We purchased this for our grandson. Assembly was easier than I had anticipated. Maybe 2 hours tops. I had a couple of questions about charging it and their customer service representative (Iris) got back to me within a couple of hours and followed up after the questions were answered. This quad is perfect for our 5 yr old grandson. He loves it. He rode it today for well over a mile on some side roads and had plenty of battery power left to ride more. Very, very good traction on gravel, grass and slopes. Good battery life. Only thing to note is if 2 children are going to ride, they would have to be very small. 4 year old and 2 year old would not fit. Both children are small build, but tall for age.
