First of all, these do not smell, like peppermint, they smell like mothballs to me. But they do work. I have had mice in my RV every winter when I store it and tried all kinds of poison and sprays that never got rid of them. I put these Balls out when the weather was getting cold, and the mice were gone in three days and they have not been back! If you do not like the smell of mothballs, then you can try other things that never have work for me. I even put them in my house And the mice are gone. They really do work. I even put them in my old pick up truck that they seem to find as an home and they left that also so if you can stand the smell of mothballs, at least that’s what they smell like to me, you will NOT have another mouse problem , now I have tried regular mouth balls, but they never worked, these do, don’t be afraid to buy these! ... show more

    • Would not use it indoors - there is a reason it makes rodents split
These are stinky! Threw them under house and whole house smells like them through the floor/vents. No sure yet if it scared off rodents. I also put them under my garden house and by my fruit trees. And hanged them in my tomato plants. Will update when fruit ripe and see if it worked. Wear gloves (and I would suggest a mask) I was tasting the smell for about 8 hours. ... show more

Don’t know if this product works, put these little balls all over my RV engine and under the frame, however the smell is bad.

I bought this specifically because it stated " This natural pest repellent is friendly to human and cute pets like dogs and cats." When I got the product, the label/product instructions included the warning "CAUTION:...Keep out of reach of children and pets". They should lead with that in their advertising. It really angered me. I have two small dogs and I am very careful about products I use around them. Worse yet, when I opened the product box, the bags smelled like moth balls...naphthalene or para- dichlorobenzene ??? Not peppermint or lemons or..... GRADE F....this product failed. Fraudulent advertising in my opinion. if they lied about the safety and scent, how well do you think it works?
