I have seven, (7) grills and smokers on my back porch, ( Green Egg, Kamado, Yoder, Rectec,etc..) so I do a lot of cooking outside. Simple construction, but feels very sturdy. Also good note, it does fit in the lower rack of my dishwasher... You can smoke 15-20 lbs of wings in one shot (smoke wings to 145F, let cool, vacuum seal, and freeze... You can then finish the frozen wings in the air fryer)

It's sturdy well welded it works like its was advertised it's perfect for multiple ribs , chicken wings, quarter legs ,drum sticks and filet trout, red snapper, and salmon cause the rods on the racks are close together so the fish won't fall through. The only thing for me I wish it was a little wider like 24 " . But it fits well on my 700 series Z grill. ... show more

Didnt get a chance to try this when making 10 pounds of beef jerky on the smoker, but I'm using it in the oven to make my own minced onions. I knew this would fit in my grill, but my husband mentioned using it in the oven, and it fits! I have to push it all the way back, so the back feet hang off the rack about an inch or so, in order for the door to close. But it all fits and its stable. I like that each tray slides in and out very easily, and holds steady when pulled out as well. Makes it a lot easier when needing to rotate what your cooking. ... show more

Crowds and grills go together. Any way to make more efficient use of my grill space (and the fuel being used) is an accessory I like to add to my arsenal. I saw this triple tiered shelf and immediately saw the potential in creating efficiency in our grilling and smoking experience. It even makes jerky. It is made of durable food grade stainless steel, so you know it will last the harsh conditions of the grill. It is shaped to fit within a rounded lid as it tapers at the top. When not in use, it smartly folds to a very low profile to make best use of your gadget space. And, the racks slide out easily and are dishwasher safe. They have thought of everything with this cool product, and I must admit I also have my eye on it for using as a cookie cooling rack when baking.     • Works in a Yoder
I’m using this to make jerky in my Yoder 640. If you take the top shelf out of the Yoder this fits well and gives you lots of surface area to work with. It also fits in my home oven. I make jerky often and I make big batches so having this much surface area in a smoker is gold.

    • Looks really well made, heavy duty
I got this to use in my green mountain smoker. I haven't gotten a chance to use it yet but I set it up to make sure everything went together right and that it fits in the grill. It looks pretty well made, definitely heavy duty. I'll update after I put it through a couple runs in the smoker.
